Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SnapGo product. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You have 100 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return your item(s). At this time, we do not offer exchanges — only refunds or store credit (gift cards).

Important: All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product.

Return Conditions & Eligibility

To ensure a smooth and fair return process, please review the following requirements:

  • Returns must be initiated within 100 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in unused condition, free from scratches, dents, or other physical damage.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective films must be included.
  • Products showing signs of modification, impact damage, or water damage not covered by warranty will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns from separate orders must be processed individually. Combining multiple orders into a single return may delay your refund.
  • All returns are inspected before a refund is issued.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless your item is damaged or incorrect:

  • You are responsible for covering the full cost of return shipping.
  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels (unless for faulty items).

Received a Faulty or Damaged Item?

We’re truly sorry if you received an item that is defective or damaged. Please contact our support team immediately at support@snapgo4k.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos or video showing the defect or damage

We’ll prioritise your request and cover all shipping costs related to a replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our customer service at support@snapgo4k.com.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return (optional), and photos/video if the product is damaged.
  3. We’ll provide you with a return authorisation and return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted or processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within up to 10 business days, and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  • Original shipping costs (if any) and return costs are non-refundable, unless your return was due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items with missing accessories, packaging, or manuals
  • Products with signs of misuse, impact damage, or unauthorised repairs
